"Exceptional White Glove Experience"
I received an exceptional "white-glove" experience during my two transactions. I sent four frames in two separate batches to get their lenses swapped out. Right after I placed my first order, a super helpful and courteous guy named Mike reached out to me. He walked me through the whole process, corrected my errors, asked for my input, and really seemed to care about delivering a top-notch product and service. Plus, this was the most affordable option I found online. Totally dependable and way beyond what I expected, I won't be shopping anywhere else.

"Fantastic Service!"
I struggled to locate a business willing to fit my prescription lenses into the frames I already had. I was really happy to discover Optically, since they offer this service. I simply mailed my frames along with my vision prescription! I just got my glasses back, and I couldn't be happier with the service. I strongly suggest this company if you're in search of excellent customer support and a quality product.

"Inexpensive Specs with a Long Wait"
The glasses seemed nice at first, but only lasted a couple of weeks. The screw was too short, making it feel like they were designed to break easily. I opted for the titanium series, expecting durability, but it didn’t hold up. I contacted customer service, and they promised a replacement, but here I am, two months later, still using my old Puma glasses that I’ve had for 7 years, which cost me around $300. Meanwhile, the titanium ones were $400 and barely made it two weeks. If you want to avoid hassle, just steer clear of these.

"Re-glazing my complex prescription specs"
I sent a couple of pairs of specs to Optically for re-glazing. I used a marker to mark my pupils on the old lenses and then mailed them off. They suggested a different lens than what I initially picked, considering my strong prescription and astigmatism, and I decided to go with their advice. The glasses returned to me pretty fast. No issues at all.

"A Total Disaster"
I wanted to get new lenses for my beloved RayBan frames, so I thought I'd give these guys a try. They contacted me to say they had damaged my ($250) frames and offered me a choice from their stock, but only if it was under $100. When I pushed back on that, they allowed me to pick a pair of 'Lacoste' frames worth $130. Now, here we are, two months into this mess.

I finally got the glasses. First off, they sent me counterfeit frames made from flimsy plastic that bends way too easily. And the worst part? They totally botched the prescription. I can't use them at all.

I’d steer clear of this company if I were you.

I stumbled upon this service not long ago and made my initial order back in January 2022. The service was top-notch throughout. Sending my frames was a breeze, the reglazing was handled like a pro, and I got them back right on schedule. All in all, it's a solid deal.

"Happy with My Second Purchase"
This is my second time ordering from Optically. The folks I chatted with were super friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give it a full five stars is that the confirmation email mentioned I’d get updates on my order, but that never came through. I ended up reaching out to customer support myself.

That said, both of my orders were completed in a timely manner, and the product met my expectations.

"Friendly and Supportive Staff"
The team here is really nice and ready to help. I picked out some glasses with a frame I thought was great, but when it arrived, it turned out to be the wrong design. It seems like what I chose wasn’t what was displayed online. The customer service folks guided me on the next steps, and I managed to get a different frame.

"Awesome Choice for Reusing Old Glasses Frames"
I had no clue this service was available until I did a fast search. I had some old frames that were in excellent shape and needed fresh lenses. The whole process took roughly two weeks from the time I sent the frames off to when my glasses came back. The customer support kept me in the loop throughout. I'm super satisfied!

"Awesome Glasses, but a Few Gripes"
These glasses are fantastic; they fit well and the prescription is spot on. However, the shipping was super slow, but I get it, we're in a pandemic. What really bugs me is that the website says it's Canadian, yet I was billed in US dollars, making them way pricier than what I expected at checkout. I just wish they were more transparent about being an American business selling to Canadians.

"5 stars could be a stretch, but ..."
5 stars could be a stretch. I've purchased a few pairs of glasses from Optically. They may not show up super fast, but they do get here eventually. Occasionally, they come without everything I ordered. However, they always make it right. They even correct mistakes when I choose frames that end up looking goofy on me, and they cheerfully accept returns. So sure, things can go awry sometimes, but hey, that's just how life rolls.

"My Two Orders with Optically"
I've placed two orders with Optically so far. Both times were pretty awesome. The first pair showed up way faster than I expected, fit like a dream, and were a fantastic bargain!

The second time, though, I hit a little snag. The glasses arrived and gave me a serious migraine, plus there was a tiny bubble in one of the lenses.

But the customer service team at Optically was super helpful. They helped me return the glasses without any hassle, fixed the lenses, and sent them back to me. Now they fit just right.

It's really nice to deal with a Canadian company that genuinely cares about making sure you’re happy with what you get and doesn’t rip you off on the price.

"Reasonably priced, solid frames"
I had a pretty good time shopping. The lenses are lovely, reasonably priced, and I'm thrilled to see clearly again, haha! But, one of the pairs has arms that are bent, making them not fit well unless my head is perfectly upright and looking straight. If I tilt my head down, they just slip off, and they feel a tad too wide for my face.

"Happy with the redo of my glasses"
I sent my specs in for reglazing. It took a bit for them to come back, and when they did, I noticed what seemed like cracks in the lenses. I shot an email their way and got a quick reply, telling me to send them back for a redo. Sadly, they didn’t offer any credit for the shipping. But I’m pleased with the work they did the second time and plan to use this service again down the line, though I really hope I won’t have to deal with re-dos or cover shipping costs for their errors.

"Lost My Glasses and Was Freaking Out!"
I was freaking out after misplacing my distance specs. With a cataract surgery on the horizon, I really didn’t want to get a new prescription. I put my old prescription into your site, and in under two weeks, my replacement glasses showed up. Now I can drive legally! I'm still on hold for the surgery, but once that's done, I'll be hunting for new glasses from you guys! Thanks a bunch!
